Campsite
Our campsite is open all year round! Perched on the mountain top and surrounded by a variety of trees, it offers a peaceful setting close to nature. We have 30 camping sites with electricity (16 Amp) and meters, each measuring 8 x 15 meters with a gravel surface. One area is conveniently located near the service building, while the other lets you step straight out onto forest trails or cross-country ski trails. Here you will find our prices.

Mountain camping & ski accommodation in Jämtland
Experience the genuine outdoor feeling all year round at Nederhögen Vildmarkscenter. Close to the ski slopes in Klövsjö and Vemdalsskalet, but far from all the hustle and bustle.
There is plenty of space at our mountain campsite. Wake up to the silence, the fresh mountain air and maybe traces of a fox in the snow outside. During the winter you have cross-country trails and snowmobile trails right outside your door, and only a 20–25 minutes drive to some of Sweden’s most popular ski resorts.
Our ski accommodation is suitable for both families and groups who want to stay affordably and comfortably. Choose between hotel rooms, group accommodation or a campsite close to nature with access to all facilities, showers, kitchen and a sauna.
We offer a range of different activities, here at Vildmarkscenter and in collaboration with nearby activity companies.
Service building
The service building is fully equipped with toilets, sinks, free showers, and a small kitchen area. In the main building, “The old school,” you’ll also find a laundry room, a larger kitchen, and a sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.
