Nestled in the unspoiled wilderness of Jämtland, just a short distance from the Klövsjö/Vemdalen ski area, and surrounded by deep forests, majestic mountains, and breathtaking silence, we offer unique experiences all year round.
Our accommodation is simple yet full of charm, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere for families, couples, and anyone in search of genuine hospitality. Choose from cozy rooms for two to eight guests or enjoy camping in the heart of nature. Here, simplicity and togetherness are our greatest strengths.

Hotel
Nederhögen Wilderness Center is a family-run accommodation offering a warm, homelike, and personal atmosphere.
Our rooms accommodate 2, 3, 4, 7, or 8 guests, with most being 4-bed rooms. All rooms share toilets and showers, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Within the building you’ll also find a restaurant, reception, tourist information desk, souvenir shop, and a conference room. On the ground floor there is a playroom and common area with table tennis and billiards. You’ll also find a newly renovated sauna with showers and changing facilities, the perfect way to relax after a day of adventure.

Camp site
Our campsite is open all year round! Perched on the mountain top and surrounded by a variety of trees, it offers a peaceful setting close to nature. We have 30 camping sites with electricity (16 Amp) and meters, each measuring 8 x 15 meters with a gravel surface. One area is conveniently located near the service building, while the other lets you step straight out onto forest trails or cross-country ski trails.
The service building is fully equipped with toilets, sinks, free showers, and a small kitchen area. In the main building, “The old school,” you’ll also find a laundry room, a larger kitchen, and a sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.
Restaurant & Café
Local food with a great taste
We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Swedish-style fika. Our dishes are prepared mainly with local ingredients and combine Dutch and Swedish flavors for a unique taste experience. The restaurant can also be booked for private events.
